Amanda Evans, Director & CEO

Amanda is the founder and director of the Ethnicity Institute of Los Angeles.  She first became interested in ethnic development when studying sociology as an undergraduate at Biola University. Her desire to begin EILA was born from her observation of the discontent of Los Angeles residents with their ethnicity, which instilled in her a passion to see people of diverse ethnic backgrounds properly matched with the ethnicity of their choice.   Amanda (almost) has a BFA in sculpture and a minor in sociology.
